Role Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role involves leading the day-to-day site operations for high-profile construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities: ·Leadership: Oversee and manage the site team, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers, driving productivity and efficiency.
·Coordination: Manage and coordinate all site activities, ensuring seamless collaboration and progress.
·Compliance: Uphold the highest health and safety standards, ensuring adherence to regulations and site policies.
·Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
·Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
·Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
·Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily site reports, including progress updates and incident logs.
·Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of materials, equipment, and resources for optimal project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications: ·Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, ideally at project/site manager level.
·Expertise in managing large-scale construction projects and multiple teams.
·In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.
·Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
·Strong ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
