Site Manager

I have an exciting new opportunity to work for a leading housing developer based in the North West.
My client is looking for an experienced manager to join their team in Oldham. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience managing new build sites and be keen to learn and expand their knowledge.
Key Skills and Abilities:
A proven track record of building traditional new builds. You are keen to learn and adapt to how the company runs sites. You will possess a 'hands-on' and pro-active approach to problem solving, have good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate self and others and work in a team. What's on offer?
The company offers a basic salary of £50k - £60k depending on experience, car allowance, bonus, and additional company benefits.
