Site Manager

Site Manager with extensive house building experience , Immediately required in Downham Market.
RCM Ltd are working with a Privately Owned Residential Developer who are looking to recruit for a Site Manager to join their site team in Downham Market on a new build residential project.
You shall be working directly with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
As the Site Manager , you will be responsible for: Managing direct staff and specialist subcontractors on site.
Overlooking the installations completed and ensuring that work is carried out to specification.
Ensuring that H&S is met and adhered to.
Reporting in to the Construction Manager.
Being the in intermediary between the subcontractors, client and end user.
Ensuring that between all parties, work is being completed to a high standards and any snags which have been highlighted are rectified prior to the next walk around.
Managing the project through to completion.
The Site Manager , will have: Previous experience managing the delivery of housing projects SMSTS NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or an equivalent qualification Want to hear more?
