Site Manager

Waste Station Manager/Site Manager/ Lead Chemist   My client is a global business who have several sites across the UK, the role will be based in the Leicestershire area   This role will suit a Site Chemist who wants to step up and challenge themselves, or a technically minded Operational lead.
You need to understand the products on-site, as this is a Hazardous waste facility so having that technical knowledge is a must.
You will be accountable for the Safety, Operations, and Finance side of the business This will be hands-on – leading by example.
It's a small site (c.20 people) but the business allows for growth and positively promotes from within Adhering to UK regulations, site visits from the Environmental Agency, and liaising with the HSE.
