They are offering progression to Contracts Manager within 2 years.Job Duties: Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sitesManage subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out to high standardsEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetImplement health and safety regulations on siteCoordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholdersReport progress to senior managementRequired Qualifications: SMSTS certificationCSCS cardFirst Aid certificationValid Driving LicenceKnowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of new build housing projectsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in project management softwareWorking Conditions:Work primarily on construction sites, may require travel to different locations.
