An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a flagship new education project in Tyrone.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a rewarding challenge with the opportunity to lead from the front on a prestigious, high-value project.

Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for day-to-day management of the site, ensuring health & safety, quality, and project deadlines are met.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client and project stakeholders.
Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Lead site meetings and coordinate with the project management team to maintain project momentum.
Oversee all logistical planning for the site, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Monitor and report on project progress, including costs, programme, and quality.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, including technical drawings, schedules, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Full driving licence and flexibility to work across multiple sites if required.
