Job DescriptionFreelance Site Manager Location : Birmingham  Engagement : Freelance Rate: On application  Payment Method : LTD or CIS Start Date: February 2025  Duration: 5 MonthsOur client, a successful contractor has an excellent opportunity for a freelance site manager to oversee a new scheme in Birmingham.The project will be the internal fit out of an industrial building and so my client is looking for a candidate with previous experience in this field.
Experience required for this role:5 years site management experience (Ideally on similar projects)Excellent IT & communication skillsSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certification
