Site Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a Commercial Project in Abersoch.
The candiate must be able to supervise all aspects of the project and organisie sub-contractors to carry out the works to a high standard.Role:Work alongside Project Manager & Site Team.Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion.Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors.Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental standards.Liaise with other department managers and other members of the construction team.Maintain weekly site progress DiaryRequirements:Experience working as a Site Manager with a main contarctor on residential and commercial fit out projects.Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.Strong Internals experience.Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.Excellent organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail.Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.This is a Contract role, if you are interested in this role then please reply with your CV to
