Company: Currently a Specialist Fit Out Contractor who carry out projects in the Commercial, Education, and Residential sectors is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor.
These projects include CAT A & CAT B fit outs, mainly located in London and surrounding counties, and usually range from £100k - £5m in value.
Commercial Drylining Site Manager Role: They are looking for a site manager with previous drylining experience to work on various upcoming projects in London.
As the site manager, you will be responsible for all sub-contractors on site, along with general day-to-day management of the project and adhering to H&S protocols.
This is a permanent position, and the company intends to promote the successful candidate within the business in the future.
Commercial Drylining Site Manager Requirements: Sound knowledge of interior fit-out systems - partitioning, suspended ceilings, drylining is highly desirable.
Experience from a trades background as a fixer/dryliner/carpenter.
Previously worked on CAT A &/OR CAT B projects, specifically in commercial projects.
5 years supervising experience on projects with a value of £1m+ Previous experience working on drylining/fit-out projects.
All up-to-date site certificates including SMSTS, CSCS, & First Aid.
Good attitude and willingness to work both individually and as part of a team.
Salary: They are offering an annual salary package of up to £55k plus package, dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
