We're looking for a dedicated Production Process Engineer to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Process Engineer Responsibilities: Identify improvements in personnel usage and reduce waste.
Optimise plant operations and develop efficient production processes.
Analyse and improve galvanising processes, addressing bottlenecks to increase throughput.
Monitor and optimise chemical data for high-quality, cost-effective production.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs.
Manage small-scale capital improvement projects to upgrade equipment and implement new technologies.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with various teams and provide training on new processes.
Develop and monitor KPIs, and report to senior management.
Process Engineer Qualifications: Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
Strong understanding of industrial machinery, chemical processes, and automation systems.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
