Site Foreman

Site Foreman Works Area Belfast, Dundonald, Comber, Newtownards area Rates to be discussed/ agreed Hours approx.
40hrs p/week, Mon- Fri, occasional Saturday Pension & 30 days paid holidays per year Job Spec Manage day to day site operations Supervise & coordinate workers Enforce Health & Safety Regulations Ensure all paperwork is completed and maintained ie, timesheets, plant inspection records Toolbox Talks Requirements Experience of groundworks is essential CSR Card/ Registered Communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships Driving Licence Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines/ targets
