We are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Site Facilities Manager to join our well-established 'Wheeler family' and become part of the next phase in our school's development. The successful candidate will line manage a site facilities officer and a cleaning team. We are happy to accept applicants from within HCAT alongside existing hours or from outside of the Trust.
We are seeking to appoint a person who can demonstrate the following: Lots of energy and a positive outlook which inspires everyone to always strive for their best. A team player, who is flexible, reliable, and well-organised. A desire to or experience of overseeing and supervising maintenance staff. Experience of liaising with contractors and coordinating the implementation of projects. Experience in ensuring compliance with security and safety regulations, including writing and implementing risk assessments. Ability to liaise effectively to secure the best outcomes.
