Job Title: Site Engineer Location: Alderley Edge Salary: £35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience Start Date: 6th January Benefits: £5,000 Car Allowance or Company Vehicle (to be confirmed) Contributory Pension Scheme (starting at 4% of salary) Holidays: 20 days per year excluding bank holidays, rising to 25 days after 5 years' service About Us: We is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Site Engineer to join our Commercial Construction Division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual aiming to progress through the construction management pathway.
Key Responsibilities: Setting out, levelling, and providing dimensional control for the project.
Managing on-site health and safety, implementing, and maintaining group health and safety procedures.
Collaborating with consultants, designers, sub-contractors, and local authority bodies to ensure the project meets specifications and is completed on time.
Working closely with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure budget control and financial accuracy.
What Were Looking For: Experience: At least 5 years in site engineering and 3 years in management roles.
Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, Street Works, Confined Spaces certification, or equivalent.
Skills: Strong organisational abilities and a methodical approach to tasks.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong team-working mentality and adaptability.
