We're looking for experienced Site Engineers to join our Transportation team to work on our A417 project based in Gloucester.

Location : Gloucester, Gloucestershire (Site based) Contract : Permanent, Fulltime Salary : Up to £39,000 + £5k annual car allowance + Benefits   Responsibilities As a Site Engineer you will be working in conjunction with the Site team to ensure construction is carried out accurately, quality is maintained, records are kept, abortive or defective work is avoided, and that satisfactory progress is achieved.
Your day to day will include: Responsibility for setting out works constructed within allowable tolerances and regularly checking setting out points, benchmarks, setting out instruments and measuring equipment.
Assisting in managing systems to record the quality of work completed, testing workmanship and materials.
Be conversant with all drawings, specifications and related information for these works and provide engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and technical queries are answered Provide overall responsibility for achieving Health & Safety targets on scheme Support your Manager with undertaking of their duties   What are we looking for?
