Responsibilities
Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure high performance and compliance with all health and safety standards.
Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and continuous improvement projects to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and cross-functional PM.
Manage utilities such as low extractions, energy usage, and water systems to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Oversee fire alarm systems and maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations.
Lead and commission Certification of Conformity (C of C) projects.
Provide maintenance support on weekends as required.
Servicing and upgrading equipment to boost operational efficiency.
Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
Engineering Qualification such as Apprenticeship, HNC, BTECH, or equivalent.
Strong levels in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
Proven experience in a Food Safe Manufacturing Environment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Hours : 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible core days, 9-hour shifts)
