Job DescriptionSite Delivery AgentThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Delivery Agent to join a main contractor and work on the Anglian Water IMRDS alliance.
The company is a main contractor who are market leaders in the utilities sector.
Your role as Site Delivery Agent will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a number of schemes across East Anglia.
This would include main laying schemes, DMA/DZ splits, DMA/DZ meter replacements, planned and reactive large diameter and complex burst mains.
Key responsibilities for this Site Delivery Agent role:Responsibility for the management and delivery of allocated schemes.Active management of your assigned teams in line with the company policies, for example Dignity at Work Act, Health and Wellbeing, Inclusivity etc.Performance Management of assigned (directly employed) teams, including regular 1 to 1s and performance review sessions, absence, disciplinary, grievance performance and development.Responsible for the development and maintenance of high performing construction teams, including ensuring training is monitored and updated.Monitor, measure, improve and review productivity, performance, and quality of assigned (directly employed) teams.
Collate similar feedback of sub-contract teams.Day to day management on site, ensuring compliance with all standards and policies relating HSEQ & CDM.Provide identified briefings to both directly employed and sub-contract resources.To ensure all jobs are completed within the highways notice periods.Adopt excellent customer relations and collaborative working.Ensure allocated schemes are accurately costed (fuel, plant, and material, labour) and risks are controlled.Address all H&S issues, achieve H&S targets and conduct relevant H&S audits, reports, briefings, toolbox talks, assessments and inspectionsExperience required for this Site Delivery Agent role:5 years' experience in construction/ utility sector.Experience working at a supervisor or manager level.Commercial awareness.Full UK drivers' licence.Have reasonable written, numerical and computer skills.NRSWA Supervisors qualification.1ST Aid at Work.H&S Qualification (SMSTS or Equivalent).EUSR Water Hygiene.Cat & Genny certification.Deep excavation/Shuttering and Shoring experienceTemporary Work Coordinator TrainingPackage offered for this Site Delivery Agent role:£375-£425 per day depending on experience and tickets (PAYE Umbrella)
