Description Freelance (OUTSIDE IR35) - Site Agent / Site ManagerSite Agent - working for the Principle contractor with a very well know and trusted subbie reporting in Site Agent / Civil Site Manager SMSTS and First Aid - on new build sub station - civils side but will manage other subbies Currently looking to recruit a Site Agent working for the Main ContractorScope of works - the package will be subcontracted to a team that has worked on several of these jobs before and know what they are doing so you will be mostly keeping a eye on Programme, H&S QA.
The package is a RC pad foundation, Grouting, Gullies, drainage, ducting, external works, there is a very good subcontractor reporting in on that site for H&S reasons so need at First Aid and SMSTS - new build Sub station Roles and ResponsibilitiesReporting to visiting Contracts ManagerManaging all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment Aspects Managing and updating programme of worksClose liaison with subbie (they are know and trusted and good!!!!
