Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Outpatient team.Working with the Senior Sister you will help to develop and manage a team of band 5 RN's, Assistant Practitioners and HCSW's to deliver a variety of traditional and nurse led clinics.
Main duties of the job We are looking for a dynamic, organised Nurse who will possess excellent communication and change management skills, keen to develop newskills and services delivered through an outpatient setting and who enjoys working as part of a team.
Provide day to day leadership to the team, playing a key role in managing the environment of care and supporting developments as we expand our ambulatory care model.
To deputise for the band 7 Senior Sister in her absence.
The ability and means to travel between sites in a timely manner is essential.
This is a full-time post however job share will be considered.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
