Job Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Shuttering Joiners to join our clients team in Inverness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork for concrete structures, such as walls, foundations, and columns.
This is a full-time, ongoing position.
Please note a basic disclosure is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Measure and cut materials to the required specifications - Assemble and install formwork for concrete structures - Ensure formwork is level and secure - Pour and spread concrete into formwork - Use hand and power tools to shape and smooth concrete - Remove formwork after concrete has set - Inspect and repair any damaged formwork - Follow health and safety protocols at all times - Communicate effectively with team members and project managers Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Shuttering Joiner - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings - Knowledge of different types of formwork systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Physically fit and able to perform manual labour for extended periods of time - Valid CSCS card - Valid Basic Disclosure is essential - Good communication and time management skills If you are a skilled and motivated Shuttering Joiner looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
