As a Showroom Manager based in Inverurie you'll be responsible for: A Showroom Manager is responsible for driving sales and service within the Branch Showroom.This involves achieving operational excellence, maximising sales, minimising costs, and providing outstanding customer service.Develop a high-performance culture within the area through effective coaching; performance management; succession planning; personal development planning and colleague recognitionWorking with the Area Reps closely to identify and develop initiatives that meet the needs of your customers.This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08:00am – 17:00pm, working alternate Saturday mornings with time off in lieu.And here's what we'd like you to have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills.A proactive and customer-focused attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Previous experience within a Showroom environment either at manager level or someone ready for the next step in their career We look forward to receiving your application!
