Showroom Manager – Aberdeen (AB11 5BX) - Plumb Centre Showroom So, who are we? We are Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group - a leading specialist trade merchant across the UK and Ireland. We pride ourselves in putting our people and customers at the heart of everything we do.
As a Showroom Manager based in our Aberdeen (AB11 5BX) branch, you'll be responsible for:
Re-opening and promoting the showroom to build a customer base. Using design tools to provide an end-to-end design and delivery service for customers. Greeting customers as they enter the showroom and assisting them in finding the perfect bathroom solutions, handling any customer enquiries, issues, or concerns with professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing design ideas, and recommending suitable products. Creating detailed quotes and following up to close sales. Ensuring the showroom is always tidy, well-presented, and stocked with the latest products and information. This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.00am – 5.00pm along with every other Saturday from 08.00am – 12.00pm.
And here's what we'd like you to have: Previous experience in bathroom design and sales. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
