As a Showroom Manager based in our Aberdeen (AB11 5BX) branch, you'll be responsible for: Re-opening and promoting the showroom to build a customer base Using design tools to provide an end-to-end design and delivery service for customers Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in finding the perfect bathroom solutions and handle any customer enquiries, issues, or concerns with professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide design ideas, and recommend suitable products.
Create detailed quotes and follow up to close sales.
Ensure the showroom is always tidy, well-presented, and stocked with the latest products and information.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.00am – 5.00pm along with every other Saturday from 08.00am – 12.00pm.
And here's what we'd like you to have: Previous experience in bathroom design and sales.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and fulfil customer expectations.
