Responsibilities Personally, greeting the clients upon entry into the kitchen display areas Referring customers/clients to the correct salesperson, based on the customers needs Recommending suitable kitchens/ kitchen product ranges to the client as per their ideas, specification and budget; Provide the clients with detailed and accurate quotations; Identifying the need/requirement for our in-house design service; Daily use of our SAP software Facilitating the smooth transaction of customer orders; Support all showroom sales staff in the sale of kitchens Ensure all leads for kitchens received within your showroom are followed up To work effectively and manage your time effectively between your allocated trading locations.
Drive the Kitchen department within your showroom(s).
Liaise effectively and regularly with the SR Manager updating the progression of the business.
