As a Showroom Consultant based in Inverurie you'll be responsible for: • Serving customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and offering recommendations for suitable products.• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.• Develop sales leads to generate new business for the showroom.• Ensure the showroom is clean & tidy and represents our product line in a positive way.This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday – , Friday – and Saturday morning on a rota basis – And here's what we'd like you to have: Previous bathroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided.Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms.Able to discuss a customer's ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs.A readiness to learn and develop into the role is a priority.Computer illiterate and a basic understanding of computer systems We look forward to receiving your application!
