Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Shot Blaster to perform blasting operations on various materials, ensuring surfaces are prepared to meet the required standards. You'll play a key role in our production process, contributing to the successful completion of projects for a range of clients. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain shot blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces. Ensure the proper setup of blasting machines and adjust settings for different materials. Inspect surfaces for consistency and quality before and after blasting. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements: Proven experience as a Shot Blaster or in a similar role in an industrial or engineering setting. Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and blasting equipment. Ability to operate various shot blasting machines and hand tools. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
