Yourresponsibilities will be:
The day-to-day duties of a centre manager, reporting to the local authority landlord and Surveyor when necessary, and supporting each other to ensure all tasks are carried out to thehighest standard .
Lead the onsite contracted team incleaning, security, maintenance and more, ensuring the highest operational standards are carried out within the scheme.
Liaise withonsite tenants , supporting them in their trade, and alsofostering relationships withlocal stakeholders , such ascharities, emergency services , and more.

Theright candidate will have:

An awareness ofHealth and Safety protocols not restricted to full site evacuations and measures designed to protect thepublic, staff, andthe centre .
Experience managing budgets, preferably service charge.
The budget is £57,000 to £62,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
