Yourresponsibilitieswill be:
The day-to-day duties of a centre manager, reporting to the local authority landlord and Surveyor when necessary, and supporting each other to ensure all tasks are carried out to thehighest standard.Lead the onsite contracted team incleaning, security, maintenanceand more, ensuring the highest operational standards are carried out within the scheme.Liaise withonsite tenants, supporting them in their trade, and alsofostering relationshipswithlocal stakeholders, such ascharities, emergency services, and more.This roleoffersthe opportunity to:
