As the Shopper Marketing Executive in a small but highly-visible team, you will support the development of best-in-class activation strategies within customer environments.
Your creativity and analytical skills will play a vital role in enhancing brand visibility and influencing purchasing behaviour at the point of sale.
The brand has a significant retail presence and a place in millions of kitchen cupboards across the UK.
Key Responsibilities Assisting in creating impactful shopper activation plans to drive engagement in-store for major grocery accounts.
Managing smaller retailer accounts and channels, including Convenience and the Ireland business.Working with customers and delivering evaluations and reporting for each account.
Overseeing temporary and permanent POS and display equipment to empower Field Sales teams and enhance brand presence in-store.
Collaborating on strategic projects aimed at driving in-store activation and standout for the brand.
Supporting the team with admin and budget management, including tracking and reporting.
Actively participating in sales, marketing forums, trade shows, and sampling events as needed.
Engaging with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery while aligning closely with key account stakeholders.

Robust shopper, customer, trade or brand marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment, ideally with experience in eCommerce shopper campaigns too Understanding of the full shopper Journey touchpoints.
High level of attention to detail.
Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
Strong team player with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement Confident and capable of operating at all levels – a good team player Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
A proactive learner with the ability to build relationships and promote a shopper-first approach across the business.
