More about the role As a Shop Manager at Blue Cross, you will be responsible for maximising sales to achieve set targets; generating donations; display and merchandising; managing stock deliveries and collections; record keeping and cash handling for your shop.
You will be the face of Blue Cross on the high street and helping to raise awareness of the wonderful work we do in the local community.
We already have a great team of loyal volunteers, who are a great support to the shop so a key part of your role will be recruiting, training, motivating, managing, and supporting them.
About you: This role would suit a local retail professional, who has a vision to embed the shop within the community of Dudley.
With strong commercial awareness and experience in retail management, we want you to demonstrate your creativity and innovation to identify new income opportunities whilst working closely with the local community and businesses.
