Our creative and operational home is based in our converted stables in beautiful Hertfordshire parkland.
The role: Working in a busy dynamic department you will support the Merchandising department in the vital admin processes relating to the management of live purchase orders and accurate management of all data for reporting.
Where: Based at our stables in Great Gaddesden, and visiting our Distribution Centre in Hemel Hempstead when necessary, our teams enjoy working together - collaborating, sharing ideas and being part of a family at work.
When: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.
With: Reporting to the Senior Merchandiser and working closely with the Buying Team.
Your character and skills will include: Strong administrative, numerical and analytical skills.
Advanced IT skills, in particular Excel, and ideally with prior experience working with a stock management system.
Deadline focused - meeting all deadlines and key time requirements; punctual and committed to the completion of each task, keeping all relevant parties updated at all times.
Diligent and meticulous with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication in order to build strong relationships with suppliers, stores and key Head Office departments, with the ability to adapt your style as and when appropriate.

Responsibilities will include: Shipping & Logistics: Liaising with suppliers on the collection of purchase orders in a timely manner and managing intake with the Distribution Manager.
Daily management of suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure goods are on time, keeping close contact with them regarding future and pending orders.
Producing weekly reports for shipping meeting & keeping master shipping reports up to date.
Updating ERP system with shipments and communicating with relevant departments.
Regular liaison with the Wholesale team re customer deadlines.
Communicating delivery information/updates to all relevant parties eg all stores, key Head Office departments etc.
Merchandising duties: Providing administration support to the Merchandising team on an ongoing basis.
Identifying bestsellers and slow-moving products.
Developing a thorough working knowledge of the allocation system.
Providing admin support to ensure ERP system (Netsuite) and critical master reports data is always accurate.
