What you'll be doing: Supervising shift teams for safe and efficient plant operations.
Managing safety systems, including permits, isolations, and HV switching.
Providing training and mentorship to staff.
Supporting mobilisation and commissioning processes.
What we want from you: HNC or higher in engineering (or equivalent experience).
Leadership experience, ideally with SAP or HV switching expertise.
Background in Energy from Waste, Power Generation, or similar industries.
Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).
