Shift Production Manager (Rolling Stock)Contract Type: PermanentSchedule: Full TimeSafety Status: Safety CriticalSalary: £55,000 -£61,000 depending on experience + annual performance bonusOur client is seeking a Shift Production Manager to join their Rolling Stock Maintenance Delivery Team.
This role is responsible for delivering train service agreements and ensuring timely maintenance of rolling stock through effective leadership of supervisory and technical teams.
The position oversees the planning, preparation, and operating performance of maintenance schedules, with responsibility for a budget of up to £1M.To be considered for this Shift Production Manager role, you don't need rolling stock maintenance experience.
However, you do need prior experience in engineering management and managing large technical teams.
