Shift Performance Manager About the role: Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
Our client is seeking an experienced Shift Performance Manager to oversee production processes, ensure quality and efficiency, and prioritise health and safety across all operations.

Uphold and promote safe working practices, ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures.
Manage team performance through training, appraisals, mentoring, and succession planning.
Plan and direct daily operations, maintaining a visible presence on the production floor.
Communicate effectively with the team through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and performance presentations.
Optimise production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational excellence.
Engage with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver continuous improvement projects.
Support and drive lean manufacturing initiatives and quality improvement programs.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Criteria: At least 3 years' supervisory or management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in WCOM/Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and achieve targets.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Flexibility to work various shift patterns as required.
Desirable Criteria: Degree in a manufacturing-related discipline or equivalent.
NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
Experience with SAP systems.
