We are proud to provide high quality glass packaging for beer, wine, spirits, food, non-alcoholic beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.Our Harlow Plant operates 24 hours a day every day of the year, as a continuous manufacturer of glass containers, as Shift Manager you are responsible for the management of a team of 10 direct reports and need to collaborate with on Shift Engineers.Working rotating shifts on a 6 on / 2 off pattern, you will rotate through morning shifts, afternoon shifts and night shifts.QualificationsExperience in a production environment ideally continuous heavy manufacturingProven people management skills ranging from recruitment, development and absence management Ideally experience in Glass Manufacturing environmentExperience of working shiftsAbility to interpret data and identify root causesProblem solving skillsStrong communication skillsPC literature in Microsoft Office packagesCollaborative approach to workingAbility to make independent decisionsEHS mindsetIdeally you can demonstrate success in your previous experience in supervision or leadership positions within a target driven, fast paced environment.Additional Information
