People day to day, ops team, stakeholders Deliver employee engagement amongst the workforce and develop action plans accordingly in conjunction with CM Monitor compliance to Noatum Policies & Procedures, cascading new policies as launched Develop strong working relationship with colleagues through daily contact and regular meetings Deliver all forms of communication incl briefs, management meetings, visual aids and performance boards Deliver continuous performance management of the operational team, through 121 meetings & performance reviews Develop a close working relationship with the internal stakeholders, delivering customer expectations in line with costs, service levels, measured by internal reporting and customer feedback.
Process Deliver H&S standards so accidents ratings are at targets levels or below, collaborate with Health and Safety Shift manager on any safety concerns.
Maintain injury frequency rate for site.
Manage the deployment of labour inline with volumes, ensuring all department deadlines are met and within costs Develop a close working relationship with the Site Management team ensuring the teams contribution to departmental efficiencies.
Measured by daily/weekly / monthly team meetings Responsible for effectively escalating, departmental issues which may constitute a failure on the part of The Company to meet its contractual or other obligations, to the Contracts Manager in a timely and professional manner Deliver continuous improvement methodologies into the departments as agreed with the CM, these must include as a minimum 5s workplace standards.
Profit Achieve budgeted levels of productivity for departments and adherence to all KPI's and delivery of service levels as contractually agreed, take appropriate action if failing to do so.
Through training and mentoring of the team Implement good safety practice within the departments.
Through effective resource planning ensure departmental KPI's service levels are maintained at budgeted levels Deliver MSOP's daily or weekly and reported via departmental dashboard including operational/service objectives Encourage the team to deliver Continuous Improvement initiatives for the site.
Deliver compliance and governance to Health and Safety Legislation within the departments Measure KPI performance through the use of daily/weekly productivity reports Decision Making Authority Guidelines and processes: • Noatum Policies and procedures.
• ISO standards as decided by the business for example - 9001/14001/18001 • Health and Safety performance and actions • Facilities reporting • Legal compliance • Noatum Behaviours • Accident investigation and decision making • WMS system management and control B) Role requires decision making for the general day to day work planning, examples below: • Department operations and working practices.
• Delivering projects requested by the Contracts Manager • Departmental financial management, within levels of agreed budget • Decision making around departmental forecasted volumes in line with orders and resource plans • Team development and identification of training requirements within the departments – Including agency employees 6 months fixed term contract - rotating shift pattern 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm No agencies please
