The Role As a Shift Maintenance Engineer , your key responsibilities will include: Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
The Person The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role, preferably within the food/FMCG sector.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
