Actions will include To carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Plant and associated electrical systems.
To ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.
Carry out technical surveys of the above services and systems, reporting findings to the Engineering Services Manager (ESM).
Producing list costs of material required for any minor works required.
To co-ordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client.
Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management.
Electrical fault diagnosis associated with the PPM or Reactive maintenance of the site.
Carry out minor installation work to the above services and systems.
Repair and maintenance of lighting and distribution systems.
To co-ordinate visiting specialist sub-contractors associated with electrical aspects of the PPM schedules.
Surveying and accepting new works carried out by specialist sub-contractors.

This is a key role that drives exceptional teamwork and individual ownership across the clients facility.
The role is expected to positively contribute to team performance and have a strong customer care focus ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will manage day to day control of the engineering team, coordination of all planned and reactive works, to include booking and controlling subcontractor works, ensuring SOPs are fully adhered to whilst championing a proactive and positive approach towards Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
