Job Description Major Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced SHEQ Administrator for our client based in Huddersfield.
\n The overall purpose of the position is to ensure the Quality, H&S and Environmental processes and procedures meets the requirements of the Company \n Duties to include, but is not exhaustive of :- \n \n Assist the SHEQ Manager in reviewing the current procedures and updating where necessary \n Assist in the continual training of SHEQ processes and maintaining relevant training documentation \n Updating and maintaining the skills matrix \n Liaise with the Directors, Managers and Supervisors on all aspects of the business \n Understand all production processes which relate to the inspections operations on both dimensional and final processes \n Carry out other inspection duties when required \n Regularly review the job cards to ensure all "In Process Inspection" processes have been signed off within the correct batch quantities by the Operators \n Control the Quarantine areas \n Remove all product and/or materials that fail to meet the specifications \n Complete Certificates of Conformity, if required \n Create marked up drawings with dimensional checks, when required, and send to the relevant customer or file \n Complete customer's inspection reports, when required, and sent to the relevant customer or file \n Manage goods received material test certificates \n Report any errors or major discrepancies to the SHEQ Manager / Technical Director immediately so corrective actions can be taken \n Actively participating in the internal audit process \n Assisting in the continual accreditation of ISO 9001 \n Assisting the SHEQ Manager to achieve ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards \n Accountable for accepting responsibility for quality, health and safety, and environmental aspects of the job and actively participating in these efforts and supporting the SHEQ Policy \n Responsible in maintaining compliance with the Integrated Management System \n Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by following safety policies and procedures and by reporting any safety concerns.
