You'll be working on… (what your role and responsibility is) As a SHE Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of the SHE strategic plan.
You'll ensure our safety management systems comply with both internal and external requirements while actively promoting a culture of safety and collaboration across all projects.
Your focus will be on protecting everyone impacted by our work and ensuring a safe, healthy working environment, where every team member goes home safely every day.
You will also ensure compliance with correct reporting procedures, providing timely interventions, and supporting continuous improvement in people skills and safety processes.
You'll offer expert advice on SHE legal requirements and industry best practices.
