Shared Services Manager - Relocate to Saudi Arabia - PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE REQUIRES SOMEONE TO RELOCATE FOR THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT Overview: We are seeking an experienced Shared Services Manager to oversee and optimize operations within our shared services team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing shared services functions, with experience in Finance, Procurement, or HR.
This role requires strong leadership, process improvement expertise, and a focus on delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the shared services team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across shared services functions.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, or HR departments to align processes with business needs and objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Key Requirements: Proven experience managing shared services in Finance, Procurement, or HR.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with shared services transformation projects or implementing automation tools.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
