We are currently seeking graduate teaching assistants for a 'Good' secondary school to work across Key Stages 3 & 4.
This opportunity is perfect for individuals with a degree who are looking to start a career working with children or young adults.
The role starts ASAP and lasts for the remainder of the 2024/25 academic year.
It offers a competitive salary of £450-£500 per week.

Your Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group pupil support under the direct supervision of teaching staff.
Support independent learning and provide feedback to the teacher.
Assist the teacher with managing behaviour and keeping pupils on task.
Help create a positive and productive learning environment.
Support pupils with social and emotional well-being.

As a graduate teaching assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring this by fostering a sense of belonging and acceptance among the students.
Requirements: Passion and enthusiasm to contribute to the education of young people.
Interest in secondary school education or SEN. Degree - 2:2 or above in any subject.
High expectations of teaching and learning.
Ability to relate well to pupils and adults.
Good communication skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
Eagerness to develop professionally.
