Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates passionate about supporting children and considering a long-term career in education or related fields.
As a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the academic and personal development of our students, offering tailored support in literacy and language.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build experience and skills in a nurturing and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide focused literacy support to students with a variety of SEN needs, including Dyslexia, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt English lessons and resources for SEN students.
Promote a positive, language-rich classroom atmosphere, supporting the social and emotional well-being of all students.
Help students build independence, self-esteem, and essential literacy skills.
Work closely with the SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other staff to monitor and assess student progress.
Participate in training and professional development to deepen your understanding of SEN support, especially in literacy and language.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field related to English.
A genuine desire to work with children and make a positive difference in their lives.

Ability to work well as part of a team.
