Job Title: Residential Support Worker (RSW)
Location: Stone, Staffordshire
Salary: Competitive Salary (DOE) + £70.47 per sleep-in (average 11 per month)
Working Hour: Flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
Number of Sleeps Required: Average 11 per month
Pay Per Sleep: £70.47
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Children and Young People (YPs) who have suffered early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential, further training provided
Experience in Years: 1 year within a Children's Residential Home.
