Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker (RSW)
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: £30,700- £32,600 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in allowance)
Working Hour: Full-time
Number of Sleeps Required: Included in salary
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Full UK Driving Licence L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Experience in Years: Ideally experience in supporting children, but a passion for working with children is essential
