Role : ServiceNow Platform Architect

Overview: Take on a career-defining role as a ServiceNow Platform Architect , where your expertise will help shape and elevate a leading IT landscape.
Serving as the Product Owner for ServiceNow interfaces and integrations, including Virtual Agents, Portals, and Mobile Apps, you will define the integration strategy, drive standards, and collaborate closely with DevOps teams.
This position sits at the intersection of digital transformation and enterprise strategy, providing consultative leadership and governance as the company continues to innovate at pace.
Key Responsibilities: Lead solution design and provide architectural guidance for ServiceNow engagements, aligning with enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Develop and implement integration strategies using Integration Hub, overseeing platform governance and maintaining internal standards.
Monitor and manage technical debt in ServiceNow, establishing a roadmap for continual improvement.
Establish and enforce governance processes for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry best practices.
Drive effective data management, ETL processes , and data governance practices within the platform.
Essential Experience: Proven experience in delivering large-scale technology transformation projects.
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly in data modelling and configuration; ServiceNow administration certification is preferred.
Strong grasp of data management , data modelling , data governance , and ITSM practices.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist .
Certified ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
Knowledge of IT architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF 9+ , IT4IT ).
