Anson McCade are delighted to be partnering with one of the worlds largest life sciences and pharma organisations as they search to appoint a ServiceNow Platform Architect to their experienced team withing the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Platform Architect include: Act as the Product Owner for ServiceNow platform interfaces and integrations, including Virtual Agents, Portals, and Mobile Apps.
Define and implement the integration strategy using Integration Hub.
Lead and guide the DevOps team to maintain integration standards and best practices.
Provide consultative leadership to support technical success and align with business strategy.
Establish and oversee governance processes for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring consistency and quality.
Drive innovation beyond maintaining the status quo, continually enhancing platform capabilities and integration.
Lead solution design and provide architectural mentorship throughout ServiceNow engagements.
Develop ServiceNow solutions within large enterprise transformation programs to support transformation objectives.
Oversee and manage technical debt, ensuring its reduction through a strong relationship with ServiceNow.
Establish and implement governance processes and policies for the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, security requirements, and industry best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ServiceNow solutions with business and IT transformation goals.
Skills required for the ServiceNow Platform Architect role include: Proven experience in delivering large-scale technology transformation projects.
Strong expertise with the ServiceNow platform, especially in data modelling and configuration.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (relevant products) are highly desirable.
Solid understanding of data management principles, data modelling techniques, and data governance practices.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
Proficiency in data modelling concepts and relational databases.
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration.
Ability to analyse complex data requirements and business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Demonstrated understanding of the broader IT infrastructure and its integration with ServiceNow.
Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially its data model.
