Role: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist 1
Rate: inside IR35
Location: 2 days a week on site in London or Leicester.
Duration: 6 months

Required Skills: Must be a UK National with minimum 5 years unbroken residencyStrong understanding of ServiceNow infrastructure and architectureExperience with IT service management and ITIL principlesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDesirable Skills: Holding experience of working within the UK Public SectorExperience of applying your job role skills for critical national infrastructure for the UKExperience of communication / telco systemsExperience of working with the UK emergency servicesExperience of (or a desire to) work within an eco system team - IBM will be leading different suppliers as part of this engagementCertification in ITIL or IT service managementUnderstanding of cloud-based infrastructure and securitySC required: SC eligible, 5 years unbroken UK residency.

Location: Remote/London/Leicester
