We are in a period of significant change and this role will play a pivotal part in our journey to deliver a great experience for our colleagues as we embark on an expansion of the use of ServiceNow to drive improvements across YBS.This is a hybrid role, where you can blend working from home, with office presence dependant on business requirements.About the ServiceNow Developer role:As ServiceNow Developer, youll provide technical insights on the capabilities and best practices of the ServiceNow platform and obtain & analyse/ interpret business requirements to build sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
You willTranslate business requirements into functional design, and propose API based solutions focused on usability and automationAlign to product roadmap to ensure strategic alignmentIdentify areas of process and tooling improvement to provide necessary solutionsUpdate and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completesSupport integration with third party systems and testingCoordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issuesAnswer technical and application configuration questionsDevelop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targetsCreate and maintain system design and operations documentationParticipate in daily scrum calls with scrum master and the customerThe ideal ServiceNow Developer will need the following: Youll have a good understanding of the overall architecture of ServiceNow with professional experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the creation, configuration, and /or customisation of ServiceNow products such as GR&C, SecOps.
