The roles involve working closely with the IT team to automate workflows, integrate systems, and enhance the overall functionality of the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities:- Application Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.- System Integration: Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.- Workflow Automation: Automate workflows and processes within the ServiceNow platform.- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Qualifications:- Undergraduate degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.- Experience in ServiceNow development and administration.- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript.- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Administrator is preferred.Please note, to be considered for this role we can only accept candidates who are happy to work through an umbrella company, this is non-negotiable.If the above is of interest to you then please apply and we can discuss the next steps in detail.
