The role involves analyzing and documenting business requirements for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that solutions align with business needs and enhance service management processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Process Analysis: Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Solution Design Collaboration: Collaborate with developers to design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users.
Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
The ServiceNow Business Analyst best suited for this role will have in-depth experience in Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
